The biggest issue is direction that being there is none no structure in the team with some people getting promoted into new random job titles when they dont fit in anywhere. Product is failing especially when deals are closed won and then performance is so bad TFC gets activated. Sales is moving blind with no real guidance maybe have someone who has lead organisation before.
Generally its a nice culture in uk & us and everyone is friendly.
Cons
Recognition is poor and product delivery staff in Australia is bad
