      Good PTO, poor culture and mgmt

      Pros

      Good PTO and half decent health plan. Air conditioning, snacks

      Cons

      Management is very cliquey. There is very poor communications between departments. Everyone keeps secrets from each other and they encourage snitch-like behavior. Sales people are coddled while the rest of the team gets all their mistakes. No clear career paths as promotions are given based on friendships, not seniority or performance.

      Pros

      Vacation days when you can take them. I used to love the culture of this company. Management used to care about us. Now it's all for show.

      Cons

      The company has changed over the last year. Management doesn't care about their employees. It is all about making money. The business strategy is always changing. Management does not communicate with the employees on important matters. People are not recognized for their hard work. They can't seem to keep good management. They continue to leave the company. Low pay for hard work.

      Pros

      There was a lot of training which was good if you don't know anything about the industry. They tried to include seasonal staff in meetings. You had direct access to VPs and the Pres to talk to since it was a small company

      Cons

      Very much like high school. Only a handful of the full time staff really took the time to get to know and assist the seasonal employees. Not a lot of feedback on your work, so you don't have much of a way to improved
