      Expect to give plenty with little in return

      Pros

      Everyone who works at Retrofit always has the same end game. Take care of the customer and support your fellow peer.

      Cons

      You will be asked to give plenty especially when times are tough. When times are you good you are still expected to give the same with no reeping on any of the rewards. After 8+ years of no increases we are rewarded with a cost of living increase. On average was an additional $15 per pay check.

      Pros

      the people I worked with were great but they were like abused spouses, they put up with it because they had no confidence in themselves to go elesewhere

      Cons

      Just a horrible CEO, berating, maniacal and doesn't give a crap about you. Oh and their compensation was less than embarrassing, They have since changed the CEO to the daughter of the former CEO. Can't imagine she's any better. Apple doesn't fall too far from the tree.

      Pros

      Retrofit is an exciting organization that everyday challenges your professional skills. Having worked there for 30 years I must say that Retrofit is unique in its ability into excel and reinvent itself. Really a true Family of great people that are fair and fun and recognize the need for great talent. Always a friendly, family oriented and fun to work at company

      Cons

      It was a long commute for me personally but a great working environment.
