Pros

very little to be honest - they look good at the outset and then the true face shows

Cons

A terrible company when you dig into it and find out more about them. They don't take into account what their staff do and the efforts they go through and they just burn through them. If they cannot perform anymore or loose steam because they are exhausted they just get replaced. Management talks about big visions but doesn't see them through. It is clear they pay for consultants and advice but should just apply some common sense as this would be far more beneficial. Lots of politics internally and not agreeing with Management will easily put you on the to go list

Pros

Super friendly co-workers. They only reason the company continues to survive....but not for much longer I suspect. Bleeding great people daily.

Cons

CEO is classless. Company has trouble paying suppliers making it difficult to run a business. I have never seen so many "credit holds" . Usually a sign of a sinking ship.

Pros

If you're in Marketing or Sales, you should be fine here. Those departments are pretty highly favored. They make a good, quality product.

Cons

It is a highly unprofessional working environment. There is rampant favoritism, the over-worked are under-appreciated, there is no work/life balance to speak of in most departments. All of this is chalked up to the "culture" of Revision. If you want to work your knuckles to the bone for very inadequate pay, this is the place for you.
