Flexible working hours, work around family situations etc Great work/life balance

Cons

Awful atmosphere, terrible management - no issues resolved only care about profit. Bad relationships between colleges, huge staff turnover, no benefits, very unhappy and dissatisfied staff across the whole company

Relaxed dress code. Relaxed hours.

Cons

Company operates heavily on the "good ole boy" system. If you're really into brown nosing this company is for you. Most managers have no leadership skills. PTO is terrible. Healthcare is worse. 401k match is pretty low.
