Lack of knowledgeable management. Nepotism. Favoritism. Hired individuals for a certain department, then terminated then within two weeks. Poor magagemebg decisions. Top heavy. Director of this. Director of that. Known as a tech startup, the “technology” they are reliant upon was built by a person and requires human intervention. Or, it does not work. SAP or NetSuite could easily perform the tasks required across multiple departments; but mgmt. doesn’t care to listen because the purchase of such technology is not within their budget. Mostly because the company is financially strapped. Bad mgmt decisions. Over inflated egos. Cross functionality does not exist. Lack of full scope of processes. Unequivocally, do not work at RumbleOn.
