Pros
Global company- you communicate with different cultures as part of day to day.
Cons
Extremely hierarchical, with the top in their ivory castles. No accountability at the top. No care for their employees, yet expect to be stretched work wise - leaving early one day would be blasphemy even if you’ve worked late every other day that week - no flexibility or real understand for people and their out-of-work life. The hard work is not appreciated. No diversity when comparing the shop floor to the offices and the executives. Not sure what HR actually does for the people of this company.
