      Pros

      Working at Riffraff is an amazing experience. The owner is such an inspiration! You will learn so many aspects of the fashion industry by working here and you're coworkers become a family to you!

      I do not have any cons for working here. It has been a great experience so far and I have nothing but awesome things to say about the company!

      Pros

      Dreamy atmosphere, excellent management, and an inspiration to all women. This company is different because your co-workers aren't just your friends, they become your family.

      Cons

      The place is growing very quickly and I have no cons other than typical growing pains, which is definitely not a bad thing! Proud to be a part of the Riffraff family

      -your coworkers are what make it bearable -get 40% off employee discount

      Cons

      -no benefits (or supplement) -no retirement (or supplement) -no flexibility -no respect from management -management is either extremely micromanaging or hands off, but you never know which one you’re going to get -watched like a hawk on the time you arrive/leave early/go to lunch -workload is too much for 1 person to handle, it never stops piling on
