The company is dragged down by a lack of direction and office politics. It is unfathomable how a company of ~30 employees can be this disorganized and politicized. GIven that any employee is three degrees of separation (at most) from the executives, it seems odd that weekly reports need to be submitted in order for management to have a pulse.
Management spends more time shuffling and spitballing ideas than actually indemnifying and executing on a direction for the company.
