Cons
The owner changes policies regularly and fires people without warning due to personal prejudices. The company is built around minority inclusion in construction but regularly instructs staff and subcontractors to use loopholes. The owner discriminates against other black people and makes inappropriate comments about black people. There is no training or leadership, and innovation is not encouraged but stifled. All in all, I'm glad to be away from this company and would not recommend working for it or its sister company Davis Technical Staffing & Consulting, which operates in the same office and is owned and led by the same person. There is no clear distinction between the two companies, and you will likely find yourself working for both companies. The turnover rate is high, with most people leaving or being fired within a year.
