      Nitpicking but no physical office so if its something that you want to be doing, you might struggle with that.

      Pros

      Lots of autonomy. Work from home available. Friendly co-workers. Small enough company that it's possible to make a difference. Decent remuneration.

      Cons

      Some of the internal processes can be frustrating at times, but the company is open to improvements, so more of a niggle than a major complaint.

      Great company culture, flexible and innovative product, and challenging but inspiring milestones

      Pros

      Company is based in LA but has expanded to EMEA, based out of London. Has a great balance as a result of being a large company but having a start up small team vibe in London. Have been involved with massive implementations and projects here, and because the product has been created with a lot of diligence, it is so flexible and easy to demo and configure for clients.

      Cons

      Working across the pond does have its downsides, mainly around the time difference and how that translates to resourcing issues, especially with our exceptional developers.
