      Failing management and failing company

      Pros

      Good health insurance. And that is it. It's located right off interstate. And the taco truck down the road has good food. That's it.

      Cons

      Buddy system, low morale, no accountability for management. Low pay. Falsify product information to customers. Hostile work conditions. It's constant chaos there. No direction, no leadership. Groups of bullies. Stay away.

      Run... Run away fast!!!

      Pros

      Around 2 weeks off for Christmas through new years. Small quarterly bonuses but hey... It's something.

      Cons

      Several years ago when I started there it was a great company to work for with great benefits that compensated for the lower pay. Now this place has so many management issues, poor selection of new employees including violent offenders, an over abundance of sexual harassment that goes unpunished and even a manager who put his hands on an employee and still has his job. I'm not exaggerating one bit. Only go there if you're completely desperate for an income. Also some departments have been working 7 days a week and almost every holiday so far in 2015.

      There are a lot of good people who work there and there should be plenty of growth

      Cons

      No advancement possibilities whatsoever. The management changed in the past couple of years and there is no loyalty to employees anymore. Payscale is out of whack.
