      Nothing good at the company

      Cons

      Rightway solutions = Design n Buy = oho shop = mobi commerce Fraud company. They want employes to come on holidays and dont even compensate. Dont give good increment. Don't care about employee. Lots of politics. Too much work load. Over times.

      - Company follows the policy of hire and fire - Management treats employees as labour - Keeps implementing new policy that affects the personal life - Very less number of holdiay, not even National holdiays. Casual and earned leaves are reduce every year - Manger are not technical - Cannot carry mobiles on the floor
