RingLead created a ton of great new products in 2019 based on customer requests. The company is heading into the right direction in 2020 and the foreseeable future. Everyone at the company is friendly and the owner makes you feel like family. The pay is great, benefits are okay.

Cons

Change can occur quite often as the company still feels like a start up even though it's been around since 2003. Many people wear many different hats and sometimes things seem a bit unorganized.
