I learned what kind of an environment I don't want to be in and it has made me grow
Cons
I worked for RingMD for a year and a half and it was the worst experience in my working career. Culture of insults, grandstanding, angry abusive leadership approach. Every morning was filled with disrespectful comments from the CEO. This company can't retain employees because they don't know the first thing about running and managing a successful business. Ultimately, this is an abusive dead not.
