      Making us work longer makes it so frustrating

      Pros

      We get paid more for extra hours of work but I feel like it isn't worth it. I'd rather get off from work.

      Cons

      The working atmosphere is terrible and the management only makes it worse. The job itself is already a toxic one because working with patient is and making us work longer makes it so frustrating.

      Pros

      Loved this job, and the people I worked with. The mission - connecting people to medical professional in a sustainable way - is still important and I hope the work is continued state side.

      Cons

      There are some opportunities for improvement. Management could have communicated better, and let us know what was happening.
