Some truy talented individuals with some exceptional ideas, skills, and insight.
Cons
Toxic atmosphere all the way from the top to the bottom. And very much in that direction too. People are working ridiculously long hours due to inefficient and outdated practices with no overtime and often with a scolding boss unwilling and unbothered to step in and find or provide assistance. I didn't realize how toxic the work environment was until I left.

I thought I had the best job that I could ever had if not for the CEO. The pay was okay. The work, not so stressful. And the workmates, it's wonderful to work with them.
Cons
The CEO refused to take any advice from his executive team which almost had more people on it than the general employees. He also threatened to fire anyone who disagrees with him. Completely unreal. His heavy hand destroyed the atmosphere and culture within the company along with any enthusiasm the employees once had.
