In the ~1 year that I've worked here there have been a lot of changes. Hiring a new company president, getting a C-level or VP hired for every department in the building, and a refocus of strategy have all been major improvements. Quality hires, new job positions, and the company growing physically and financially have resulted. The benefits are average but this is a smaller company so that is expected. 8.5 hour work days for 4 days make it possible to leave at 3:30 on Friday which is nice. Newly incorporated wellness programs should be nice. 401K match is better than other places I've worked.

I’ve been with Ripple Junction since June 2019 & in the short time that I’ve been there i feel like I’ve found a place that I can fit in & be myself. I feel lucky to be on such a fast growing team as well as a growing company. I really feel like the sales person I’ve been teamed with is a good match for me & everyone has worked really well with me in the transition to my new role. All of the sales people are excellent. & I feel appreciated being their assistant. I love that you can bring your dogs to work because it really can balance out some of the every day work stresses. It’s so cool to work with so many talented people in one place. The 401k is legit. Getting off early on Fridays is a plus too. I can’t wait to grow with the company
