      Long hours Micro-managing Toxic culture Only Sales org gets celebrated and promoted Work load is high, your mental health & physical health will suffer Benefits and annual leave at minimum - they only provide what they legally have to Overall worst place I’ve ever worked at - everyone is stressed, gas lighted and you are just a number to them If you enjoy life and are happy, don’t start at Rippling!!!

      European management leaves much to be desired. While the VP is capable, many of the subordinates lack the necessary skills and support, leading to frustration among team members. There is a noticeable lack of accountability when it comes to changes in strategy. This directly affects SDRs, particularly top performers, as critical information is often not communicated effectively. The organisation in Europe feels disjointed, with no clear vision. It often seems like the team takes one step forward only to take three steps back, making progress feel uncertain and inconsistent.

      Pros

      - Extreme level of career growth. You are limited by how much you can do and how much you can take on. - Ability to ship really quickly - For a 3000 person company, there isn't a ton of processes that can't be broken when escalated and things get unblocked quite quickly. - Lots of verticals so you are able to switch areas if you get bored of any particular area

      Cons

      - For areas with a lot of compliance requirements, the compliance and product departments aren't always the best and that leads to a lot of back and forth with engineering
