Pros

Great product, ambitious vision and a fun working environment. The new CEO Jim Wetekamp brings a wealth of experience but more importantly he is a truly motivational leader who actively listens to employees and customers alike. Flexible working environment with the freedom to work from home as needed.

Cons

Very high growth expectations are sometimes hard to live up. But 2018 has started extremely well! The product team sometimes struggles to manage the competing priorities and demands of the various internal and external stakeholders but improvements are being made.
