      Pros

      I have a job, which is good. The people I work with are all good people and work hard

      Cons

      Pay is horrible. No room for movement unless a friend of VP, they will make a position for you, with better pay and you get to sit and play on your phone all day.

      The people I have worked with over the years have been great to work with!

      Cons

      The management team is not easy to work with. It is their way or no way. Their is also a great deal of favoritism instead of putting the right people in the positions to do the job. It is an extremely frustrating place to work. Not sure how i was able to work for them for the 17 years that I did!
