Cons

The team at large don't attend the office in person much at all. I feel overall cohesion and belonging would improve if attendance did. Management are too soft on this which is a good... and a bad thing.

-Great annual trip abroad -Well-known customers, so you get to work in a good part of the industry -Directors are awesome people -Policies are not very strict

Cons

There are not many cons, but sometimes, it can be hard to get a promotion or a hike even if you are trying hard.

Very good company to learn and grow

Pros

You will be given time to learn and grow with lots of training and opportunities to become certified. You can move up the ranks within the company as you gain more experience. Good opportunities across DevOps and Cyber and clients where you can gain practical experience. Some very good people.

Cons

The office was quite small but they are moving to a new office.
