Pros

If I were to summarize Roboflow in one word, I would say "electric." Roboflow has a focus on "shipping", or, in other words, driving measurable progress that delivers value for customers. This is emphasized across the company, from sales to marketing to product. It is exciting being part of a team where I feel empowered to contribute across a broad range of projects, and where I am able to see many talented people produce amazing projects. At Roboflow, I am constantly learning: the team is collectively open to answering questions -- no matter how seemingly simple -- at all times, helping to unblock me and do my best work. I feel empowered to use my skills to help drive the business in meaningful ways. The organization is transparent to the best degree, eloquently sharing important numbers each week regarding the KPIs that matter most to the business: revenue, product usage, among others. At the heart of Roboflow is a deep passion for the customer, and doing what we can to enable a wider range of people to use computer vision.

Cons

None of which I can think.

Pros

- Favoritism - Lack of Diversity - Junior team - Undefined ICP and Customer Persona The benefits and pay are relatively good. Coworkers can be standoffish and can be two-faced. The tech is good and this is a cutting edge solution solving real problems in the CV discipline! Management and leadership needs to be more organized. Hire more seasoned reps who ACTUALLY have experience selling and have sold before. If not, at least hire people who have the capacity to build out a playbook and a plan to target key ICP's. Current sales team is junior and is flying by the seats of their pants, it's embarrassing honestly.

Thank you for sharing your reflections — and for being such a meaningful part of Roboflow’s journey for several years. We're especially glad to hear that autonomy, trust, transparency, and our culture of excellence stood out to you. Those are foundational to how we operate and grow as a team. We appreciate your candid notes on where things can be challenging. Balancing a high-performing culture with a sense of “enough” is something we’re mindful of, and your feedback is a helpful reminder to keep that in focus. Similarly, we recognize that distributed work brings both benefits and friction, and we’re taking a thoughtful approach as we explore what hybrid might look like in the future. Thanks again! Best of luck to you!
