Honestly none other than the company name, I implore you to listen to all the reviews and avoid, I wish I did.

Cons

Hands down the most toxic environment I've ever experienced. Can't believe they've been getting away with it for so long and will continue to do so. Senior management are awful, the turn over is crazy (especially in HR) Saw staff being shouted at and belittled on a regular basis - people were lied to and forced out of the business or quit. LA, New York or London - they're all run by the same horrible management...look them up. Do yourself a favour and ignore the Roc Nation affiliation - its not worth your sanity.
