      Pros

      The employees are hard working and work together.

      Cons

      The owner is a micro micro manager and doesn’t let you do the job you were hired for. He needs to hire a CEO he’s too emotional invested.Anyone who get up in front of the whole company week after week talking about how he started the company and how he doesn’t have another 10 years to meet his financial goals for the company needs to step away.

      Pros

      Great team to work with, great knowledge base.

      Cons

      Low pay for amount of work. CEO is very conservative with their views, including men cannot have piercings. No remote option for employees.

      Pros

      Love the people who work here. They really do feel like my family. We have a lot of fun, but we also get things done. I can count on everyone to pull their own weight and then some. Lots of mentoring here and I always feel like the sky is the limit with my potential to grow in my role and the organization.

      Cons

      None that I know of. Love it here.
