There are certain managers that view their title in away where they won't listen to those with titles below them - even if those people have more experience on a certain matter. They often even go as far as saying or yelling "Because I said so", or "This is my team and I tell you how it's going to be." It's not conducive to a collaborative or team environment that the company prides itself on. If you're a strong woman, that seems to rub some people the wrong way - they seem to be very insecure and can't handle anyone with a different POV.

team cooperation is nonexistent some developers won't listen to what you've said about what you've done and will waste hours of your time repeating troubleshooting steps you've already done most team members are unavailable for any sort of coordination if you don't mention it in standup, and even then its possible you will be ignored ceo doesn't care about company, just using position to boost resume and improve numbers for shareholders (lots of bookkeeping gymnastics that hurt employees but make the %'s on excel look nice) can be laid off with no warning after getting nothing but positive feedback from manager for months

No learning curve. Lack of socializing within company.

No innovation.Bought lots of good companies and did not work on them to improve them
