People know how to have a good time. Large office. Potential to meet a lot of startups.

Cons

Very high turnover. People coming and going all of the time. Disorganized and hectic, but not in classic startup way. Disorganization comes from ineffective executive management. Somewhat of an HR nightmare, a lot of fooling around with employees and interns at all parts of the company.
