Pros

1. A majority of health premiums covered 2. No experience required for a job that can eventually reach a six figure income. 3. The opportunity to have management experience. 4. Trusted to self manage without constant supervision. 5. Definitely essential field experience if your pursuing a project management degree. 6. A salary that is very high in comparison to any other employment opportunity and higher then the average household wage with no experience required. 7. Company paid trips.

Cons

Employer tries to prevent going over 40 hours per week however in this industry and this salary pay scale you may on occasion work more then 40 hours in a week. You are required to provide your own vehicle however there is a vehicle allowance to assist with those costs.

Pros

Paid Vacations. Company car (not for personal use or for use after 9pm). Community service is encouraged.

Cons

Rockwell hires inexperienced individuals (former restaurant/hospitality employees) in order to severely underpay. Long days and occasional Saturday work expected. No support from upper management/"HR"/office. Employee favoritism/very cliquey. Fear of being terminated is constant. During slow times "random" drug tests are performed on certain, selected employees, while employees whom have been with Rockwell years longer have never had a drug test.
