Work-life balance was ok. Some intellectuals with great experience were valuable source to learn something from.

Promotions were relatively common but often for the sake of next title and not so much for greater responsibility or much greater pay. Very disorganized overall, not much communication or collaboration between offices.
Good first step to know the business, but you can get it at other firms too.

Senior management is clueless, no intention to grow it but to milk its legacy. High turnover at employee level - a sign of disrespectful working environment.
