Pros

company vehicle and gas card, field supervisor C.L. VERY easy to get along with.

Cons

Clueless management. HR institutes practices which are immoral/ad reprehensible and borderline criminal. I fond a better position and they refused to give me my owed vacation time AND devised a sinister plan of taking my last paycheck all the while serving out my two weeks notice professionally. I was given a lame brain cooked up excuse that I didnt pay into enough and they conveniently took it out of my last paycheck ironically totaling the exact pay check amount! I would say unless youre DESPERATE for work move along they are not morale or professional and will lie to you at every turn! .

Pros

Company car and gas card. Got to work with some really good people in the technician pool.

Cons

No performance evaluations in the last 5 years which also means, no raises. Training became a PDF file from CertKiller or TestKing sent from our training department with the answers to the target test. Benefits get worse every year and more expensive every year. Oncall pay cut $200 per week to $77. Company charges $9/week to have a company vehicle. Unused sick days are now lost instead of paid out at 67% value. No double time on Sundays or holidays and overtime only comes in after 40 hours worked in the week. So, don't take a sick day or hope there is no holiday on the week you work extra. Communication from the top down is almost non-existent until they show up at your job site for the day to lay you off. No severance package at all and they don't pay out any unused vacation or sick time.

Pros

Company car with gas card which you allowed to take home.

Cons

5 years no raises, no cost of living. Little training. When they laid me off, no severance package, denied paying me my vacation time (3 weeks). Management is clueless bottom of the barrel who operate out of fear and intimidation. No technical support available to technicians on call after hours.
