Terrible Culture, Terrible and Disrespectful Management. Management in HR very disrespectful and unprofessional. Spreads confidential information to other employees. It is a culture where you are not at all allowed to make mistakes and grow as person. You start as temp and if they ever convert you, they won't even retro your actual start date so that you can earn credit from all the earlier work you put in. Terrible commute, nothing on the island. Very depressing place. No real options on places to eat.

- Huge disconnect between the full timers and part timers. Full timers tend to throw their weight around and make many attempts to have part time workers do the work that they may not be trained or required to do (to benefit the full timers from not doing their own work) - very Short shifts for Lifeguards - low pay
