      Use to be great!

      Good culture and good people.

      Cons

      Lost it's way when long term people were let go. If you didn't fit in, you were out. Questioned some of the business practices once the federal investigation began. Bonuses and salaries were not equal.

      Pros

      Great team members on every job I have worked on. Good pay and paid time off. Decent benefit package. Good field management.

      Cons

      No loyalty to employees. No interest to hold onto valuable field assets when a job finished. It’s always “ go find something else and we’ll call you when something opens up”.

      Competitive workforce, a few good people

      Cons

      Lots of backstabbing, lot's of complaining, lack of transparency and poor communication between teams. Expect to be thrown under the bus at least a few times. Cost cutting measures as par for the course in order to win a project
