Pros

Full INE Subscription Great Pay and decent benefits Certification Reimbursement Intelligent, Friendly and Great People Killer sales Team More work than they know what to do with. Challenging Projects and a great work environment. Work Remote full-time

Cons

No Work-Life Balance Projects are usually scoped optimistically, and don't have enough hours allocated. Pre-Sales makes unrealistic promises that Post-Sales has to kill themselves to keep. Entire company is being pushed so hard they everyone seems miserable They say yes to every customer project, even if they don't have capacity/ Management creates an environment where running yourself into the ground is encouraged. They frequently accept customer projects that are near impossible to complete, placing you in a stressful and uncomfortable position. When you burn out, they're not going to care. You can raise your hand and say that you have too much on your plate, however that will reflect poorly upon you.

Pros

Sales team gets plenty of rewards, trips, and bonuses. Everyone else gets some scraps.

Cons

Skeleton crews for anyone doing the "work" for the company. The company brings on more and more work, but the teams have actually shrunk, pushing the work (and scoldings) off on less people. Not uncommon to work over 40 hours a week, and get scolded for not doing more. The atmosphere is abysmal. I have never seen anyone actually promoted here. You stay where you were hired at.

Pros

- Decent Pay - Work from home

Cons

Organizational structures & processes that create malaise and stagnation I was in a culture where it wasn’t safe to fail, to express yourself, to grow, or to be heard. Lack of a feedback mechanism. Too many people to confirm with for simple decisions. Culture of impossible wins with unattainable and unrealistic goals setting. Not having structured processes that support workplace flexibility have forced people to leave. I couldn't stand the waste. Wasted time in meetings, wasted use of resources, and wasted opportunities. A Director who would single me out and not take accountability for the other consultants or account executives or even PMs I get really bored when I stop learning and that dramatically reduces motivation and output. I felt that I wasn't learning at the rate I wanted to learn and saw no future for career growth. I wasn't learning new things (being developed as an employee or leader.) And I wasn't being leveraged to do the things I brought to the table.
