Pros

Not a single thing is worth this toxic environment

Cons

CEO is a complete mental case and needs help. His right hand CFO is just as bad but with flashes of humanity. This defines hostile work environment at its best. No amount of money is worth the yelling and berating this man gives to everyone. I’ve never respected a person less than the CEO. Just truly an awful person.

Pros

- Good group of people (non management) - Good pay - Excellent location (at Yonge and King)

Cons

- Outdated equipment. On my first day I was presented with an ancient artifact covered in dust and some sticky substances. - High turnover; e.g., surprising amount of firings. This typically happens at the end of each quarter after financials are publicly released. - Employees are often called to work during their vacation. - Inadequate understanding of product Development and QA by upper management - Unqualified (and unfamiliar) people allocated for QA tasks - The sales "team" appears to lack product understanding - Nepotistic (sadly, they use unqualified people for some roles because of this)

Pros

Employees and co workers were awesome

Cons

LEADERSHIP!!! I have never seen worse leadership in my life. Tony Busseri (ceo) has a huge ego and if it gets tested he will fire you immediately. The direction of the Comapny is not left to the department heads but ran by the CEO. Position knowledge and experience have no pull with leadership. Work life balance was impossible. They say they support veterans and are veteran friendly however many of the vets were treated horribly. There is no thought about how the decisions can impact the company more than a quarter at a time. The thought is in the hear and now and not how the company will be effected in the distant or relatively near future.
