Pros

WFH time is fantastic Summer fridays

Cons

Workers constantly complain behind your back Mangers will lie to you saying that you are doing great in your role, then tell you that you are underperforming without putting in any work or help to remedy this. On multiple occasions you will be asked to do things completely unrelated to your Job role. Abysmal training. Communication between teams is terrible. Pointless meetings all the time. Complete misuse of AGILE work approaches which result in confusing workloads. You can spend weeks with absolutely no projects, then have co-workers complain to your manager that you are doing nothing, when they haven't actually assigned you any work. Turnover is extremely high. The people that provide and install the software the company sell always talk about how bad it is and that they feel bad for the customer. Low annual leave allowance of 25 days compared to most companies offering 30-40. Terrible pension contributions.
