Wonderful employees- terrible upper management

Cons
Upper management is made up of people that are conniving, backstabbing, and perpetuate a culture of favoritism and create a hostile work environment. You can be a good employee, going above and beyond in your position, and they will work you hard, and only tell you negative things. There is nepotism that is rampant; with husbands reporting to wives and vs. versa. This is not a positive work environment at all. You cannot follow their supposed chain of command to speak of your issues or grievances, this is why I know longer have a job. I worry about my coworkers. Most are just there to do their job and go home, not to work in this terrible environment. I was retaliated against, and lost my job. I only know cowards to act the way they do. You have to be heartless to treat people the way senior leadership treats the employees.
