Pros

Benefits, great production team, great engineering team.

Cons

Management does not know what they are doing. Quality department is lacking in experience due to current manager and supervisor. Skilled employees are being pushed out the door. Extremely high turn over rate due to new management. Work life balance does not exist.

Pros

From the day I started, all the employee's have been great on a one-on-one level. There's definitely a lot of potential for this company to grow and become world class. Also, a lot of construction happening nearby so there are a lot of food, entertainment, and fitness options nearby.

Cons

The company was good when I started but it started going down and never stopped. Upper management seems clueless on what to do and tend to focus all their attention on one department at a time, to the further detriment of other departments because then there's no resources or backing to fix any problems. When employees express concerns, upper management seems to stick their head in the sand and pretend things are getting better even though every metric says otherwise. Production folk probably have it the hardest, with a lot of them working 10+ hour shifts, 6+ days a week, for months now.

Pros

Cutting edge Engineering has positioned Rubbercraft to appear to be the industry leader in polymers. A new facility adds to the allure.

Cons

Benefits and salaries are much below average except for the top 2 positions. The turnover rate is very high for professional and technical positions, and no long term security in company since it was sold to investment bankers. Multi-tiered benefits for a select few employees in the form of stock options are also not available to most. Poorly managed company since it was sold.
