Pros

1. Biannually review cycle and upraisal cycle. 2. Flexible working hours as quoted verbally.

Cons

1. Politics in the organization. 2. Organization does not follow standard IT practices 3. HRs are themselves not aware about the policies of organization. 4. They will not give anything in written, just the verbal affirmation. 5. Company offer letter is big loop hole - It does not talk about leaves benefits, Salary structure breakdown, employees notice period [in Days]. 6. The compay works on 'at will' employee relationship contract - which is only applicable at employers side. "At will" contract means - Company can terminate you any time without giving a reason. 7. Offer letter will containt smarty and tactically used keyword "Remuneration" instead of compensation plan. Meaning of remuneration - money paid for work or a service [Implies to be a freelancer]. 8. CTC will be mentioned only in the per month format even though you are a full time employee and no breakdown to it will be provided of deductions [implies it can change per company's will]. 9. Working hours mentioned in offer letter are 45 hours per week [does not say anything about break on the offer letter] however, standard IT working hours says 40 hours per week. 10. I quote HR words here, "Employee are made aware of RubicoIT's policies such as leave benefits, notice period after they join in the organization as it is a confidential information to them". PS - Can someone explain them the difference between public and confidential information. 11. If you raise all of these concerns to HR, they will give it to you in written maybe over an email, however I would againg quote the HR "we would not be able to make amends to the offer letter already sent out." Final verdict - Please read between the lines well and then consider anything for this organization.
