The people I worked with, not for, were some of the best people I know.

Pros

I really enjoyed the corporate culture. There is a lot of rebuilding under new management and so there are opportunities for growth if you put in the work. The pay was not all that bad and there are opportunities to earn more if you stay longer.

Cons

The shifts are brutal which is a part of the restaurant culture. There hours are long, and you better be prepared to work 10 to 12 hours shifts on average. Labor costs are a big deal and so managers have to often have to send crew members home in order to work their shift. If you are a younger person or have a lot of free time to spend 50 plus hours at work, then this may be the job for you.
