No direction, consistency, etc from upper mgmt Favoritism Crap pay compared to other companies, can't give employees raises

Barely a bonus High turn over Immaturity of some employees No consistency of management to Pursue accountability of wrong doing by employees Management favoritism Employees never given a notice if restaurant closes permanently, they just walked in to no job...heartbreaking.

Pay could be better, and favoritism could have been handled better.

The management there is someone that lacks experience and plays high school games of showing favoritism to certain employees by giving them big table out of turn, allowing them to skip whenever they want and when you bring it to there attention they say deal or quit cause it ain't going to change.
