Incredible team with truly kind, smart and fun people. We set a high bar, but have fun and manage work life balance as part of it. With a small-ish team and rapid growth comes a lot of opportunities to grow within the team.

Cons

Not all processes, systems and details are ironed out which can be a frustration at times

Ruggable is one of the best places I've worked at - the culture is second to none with some incredibly smart, kind people. There is a strong focus on work life balance, whilst working hard and smart. The company is doing really well so there is a great culture of growth and freedom to try new things. Projects are very interesting too, and the systems are all very well set up.

Cons

Because of the systems being so regimented, there are some loopholes to jump through for certain scenarios. The rugs are also sustainable by nature but there could be more focus in this area (which I believe is coming!)
