Pros

Nothing at at all. A very untrustworthy company!

Cons

They retracted my job offer without a proper explanation. I had the interview with this company this June and it went great. I got the job offer after the week of the interview and I accepted it. After so, they had zero apologies and explanations on why my job offer got retracted and this is really unprofessional. This is an untrustworthy organization you all should avoid at all cost.

Pros

Benefits were fair, Access to training

Cons

I worked for Rulescube for more than 2 years. Most of this time was overseas on an assignment for their most important client in Peru. My experience was not satisfactory. At first, I did not get the proper guidance, as promised, for immigration. I worked in this country without a work permit, and stayed there as a tourist most of the time. Basically, as a Canadian citizen, I had zero liability from Rulescube in Peru. The Lawyer they hired to handle the legal aspects of my immigration was dismissed and not replaced. When I returned back to Canada, I checked Glassdoor and became aware that all this time, I got paid between 10k to 15k less than a Pega consultant in Toronto. This seems unfair considering I was hired in Toronto and contracted out to Peru. As far as I am concerned, I am owed some money. I wouldn’t recommend for employment
