The benefits are horrible. The paid time off is a mockery of their employees intelligence. There is a complete disconnect between human resources and the staff. They have reoccuring layoffs right before Christmas time. Managers and Supervisors elope with employees which creates turmoil and undeserved promotions. It's very sad to see a buisness once praised as being one of the best workplaces in the printing industry become a putrid stain in the industry.

But you don't get to take advantage of it very often (PTO). Other company paid benefits have been reduced recently.
