      Pros

      Haha I could probably think of one somewhere but it would take a few days. If you like tons of overtime and hate your family work here and problem solved.

      Cons

      Long hours. Staffing extremely low. Corporate is so out of touch it is utterly pathetic. If upper management does walk into building they do not even look at you. You are a low hourly worker, just a number to them. Words can not describe how unappreciated you will feel here. They are family owned but that does not mean a thing other than one family gets the profits. Trust me you don’t see anything for the hard times.

      Many Customers are amazing. Some coworkers are simply great. Relatively east training

      Cons

      If your related or friends with management then you'll be fine. If you aren't totally independent by like day 3 then you are assign to be a cashier even if its not your title. Many young employees would openly vape in the store, they once did donuts on a customer's lawnmower. No consequences for poor work ethic and dangerous behavior, unless you are on the outside of main clique. Trained over 20 employees on front end and cashier just to watch them get promoted and I was still just a cashier. Then once I was promoted after doing the extra work for 6 months. But my title is purely decorative, I'm just a cashier who does everything with no reward

      Some employees are awesome and help each other out

      Cons

      It’s like working with high schoolers, a lot of drama. Management is kinda a joke. They say they care about employees but when it comes down to it they really don’t.
