Pros

Fun, fast food fashion. You know what you get when you buy a $20 shirt? A $20 shirt that will fall apart by next season. But that's ok. There is a market for that. It is an affordable place to shop and serves a purpose, or would if.....

Cons

This sounds like a lot, but it is 100% true: - Horrible company owners who are TOO active in their company. Toxic, aggressive, dishonest, thoughtless, pretentious, condescending, heartless. - They treat their employees like they are the enemy and the cause of all of their problems. - Their first thought when sales are down: FIRE PEOPLE! - I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. They wanted to hire someone with experience to manage a store, paid me well and loved my background. Within a month or so, I was enemy number one! - They do NOTHING to drive traffic into the store and expect huge sales increases every day. - The owners spend their time sitting in front of their computers micro-managing every transaction in every store. They call the store if sales aren't high and blame whoever answers the phone. - What they pay their sales associates is pitiful considering what they have to deal with. - Go ANYWHERE else to work unless you welcome relentless abuse and unethical owners. - They fired approximately 10 seasoned store managers and gave them only 4 days notice. And made one of the Office staff do it for them. Their employees mean so little to them, they couldn't be bothered to do it themselves. - They make fun of their employees and laugh about how useless they are. Of course I wasn't supposed to know that. - I know this sounds excessive. I can't believe these people are still in business.

Pros

In the beginning I was treated with dignity and respect. As time went on and corporate changed so did everything else. The buyer stopped listening to what customers wanted. The clothes we began to receive wouldn’t sell even after they marked them down to $5. We worked hard to keep our repeat clientele but even they didn’t want what we had to offer. Corporate stopped listening to the associates working in the stores. They did their own thing and the company went downhill. As a result they started treating their employees like crap. They were very disrespectful and at times very degrading. The company is small so there is no HR to go to. You either deal with, quit or get fired.

Cons

No respect for anyone. Employees can’t sell the crap merchandise they are receiving. Do not work here if you are looking for a long term job. They will train you for 2 days then throw you to the wolves. Once you fail from lack of training you will be fired. I worked here for several years and have seen it time and time again.

Pros

-Cute product -Lots of freedom when it comes to merchandising. You don't have floor sets in the traditional sense...yes they send you marketing but it is up to the store manager to create color stories and displays. I LOVED not having huge mandatory floor sets after every holiday. -Inventory levels are easy to manage - no backstock everything is on your sales floor -40% off employee discount (although the other companies I've worked for offered more) -I liked upper management (corporate) but honestly did not interact with them often -Loved my team!

Cons

-I didn't care much for my direct supervisor's management style. Micromanaging, immature, and petty at times. If I came to her for help she usually wasn't helpful and had an attitude. Not professional. We didn't click on a personal or professional level because of such different views on management style. -I was laid off when they closed roughly half of their locations. I was given less than one days notice and told my store would be closed that very same evening. They paid me one week's salary as severance. I left feeling shocked and unappreciated.
