Most people don’t seem to know what they’re doing from one day to the next, really disorganised. Toxic work environment. No paid overtime but will always make you work over your hours on a regular basis. Worst place I’d ever worked. They also withhold your pension payments for months on end, and pay them really late since they’ve had such bad cash flow issues for years. Always a lot of drama going on.

Poor management at all levels.
