Under valued/over worked

Pros

Ability to sometimes use facilities

Cons

Terrible management. Lack of oversight. Severely under pay their instructors. All upper management is concerned with is cutting corners to save a buck. Obsessed with over filling class sizes which leads to the underpaid instructors not being able to deliver the program effectively. Also leads to students (who pay a premium for tuition), are left with less hands on and 1 on 1 time with instructors. The whole place is a complete mess.

Excellent and knowledgeable staff. Great equipment and studio space. Students are always keen to learn and are mostly hard working. Global connection to SAE global campuses

Cons

Upper management lacks understanding of creative industry. Head office does not cater for the needs of staff to do their jobs efficiently. Lecturers are in the firing line due to bad administration and inefficient procedures.

Pros

People are some of the best I've ever worked with. Happy to hire entry level staff.

Cons

The upper management seem to have no idea how to design and implement systems that can last the test of time. Most people leave on a sour note leading to brain bleed and guess what... they take their systems with them. Senseless operational practicality and money seems to be a big issue. But the focus on temporary solutions means that more money is spent in the long run and more frustration and energy is spent along with it.

Pros

There are none. This place is horrible.

Cons

Upper management is clueless. Recruiters go after veterans or other warm bodies who are most capable of bringing federal student loan cash into the corporate coffers.
