Pros
The SAK organization has a team centric attitude toward its employees and the projects that they are assigned. Each member of the SAK team from my standpoint is shown abundant value. Direct Supervisors seem to go out of their way to recognize milestones and accomplishments. I have never worked for a company like this. Many organizations tout culture and team, but SAK has truly nailed the challenge of creating an environment where teams can thrive and produce results.
Cons
There doesn’t seem to be a formal annual review process, but that is probably because Supervisors are constantly reviewing and recognizing their employees through the year.
