Pros
- SAM Labs did an incredible job at attracting world-class talents (design, tech, engineering, marketing, ops etc.). This is the most inspiring part. - Every employee is given a huge amount of responsibilities and decision power. Own it - Tough decisions, failures, and successes are all rewarded. Be bold - You'll make real friends, some for life. - The product is really fun. You'll get a chance to play with it a lot.
Cons
SAM Labs' "reason to exist" often changed, sometimes at a frequency that was destructive for the rest of the team's workflow. I believe that this is often the case for early stage companies, but it is indeed not for everyone
