Pros
- Really cool and meaningful business idea and the founders are actually genuine with the idea. - Young and global team, can work from home, flexible working hours. - Constant feedback and performance review sessions. - Access to a lot of cool tools which can be too expensive if I have to get them myself. - Learned a lot. It's a start-up environment so you're expected to try out all fields and areas, but that has helped me improve my skills tremendously.
Cons
- Can be quite busy at times. - Require you to be absolutely active and flexible and willing to try out all different areas, so if you're more of a corporate, routine work kind of person, the company might not be suitable for you.
